With so many lifting options out there, why would you want to consider using a crane manbasket?
Crane man baskets are great for getting to hard reach places. Especially if it is used in conjunction with a knuckle crane. Sissor lifts require flat ground to operate on. Telehandlers require a straight line between the machine and the spot you are working. Traditional, old school man baskets on a stick crane require you dangling from a crane winch line.
Manbasket on a knuckle crane give you a whole new set of options. To start with, you can use it to lift both people and freight. (just not at the same time) The larger knuckle cranes give you more reach then your standard telehandler with a manbasket attached. The knuckle crane, allows the boom to change directions, allow it to go up and over something without hanging by a winch line.
On construction sites, manbasket cranes are great for working over uneven, messy sites. From one, spot the crane hit many locations around the building.
